Victor has been a song writer and music arranger the moment he first learned to play the piano at the age of 10. He has been a song writer for hire for the last 26 years and maintains a personal catalogue of over 100 songs and compositions in every genre including classical, popular, R&B, Musical Theater, contemporary, Gospel, and many more.
Victor can also create new arrangements to your songs and vocals while also delivering the creative goal of the song writer or composer.

Victor has become one of the most requested producers of music tracks, theater productions, and concert events in the Washington DC area. He has Executive Produced numerous projects in the last 28 years and has been recognized for his attention to detail, organization skills, and expertise in developing a project from start to finish with accuracy and measurable results.

Victor has had a successful career as a Music Director from directing Youth Choirs, School Choirs, Gospel Choirs, Main Stage Productions, Camp Productions, Cabarets, Backround Vocalists, and Recording Studio Musicians.
Victor brings a unique dimension as a Music Director by not only bringing great directing skills but also leading by example while teaching important skills such as blending, team work, tonality, ear training, and basic theory.
